ENCHANTED FOREST

Ingredients:

6 Mint leaves and 6 basil Leaves,1/2 lime juice, dash of salt, 1 cl of Monin Simple syrup, 4 cl Havana Club 7 años, 2 cl Bols Orange curacao, 2 cl Southern Confort, 1 cl balsamic vinegar

Method

Put a Double cocktail glass to chill with ice and reserve.

In a Mixing Glass put 6 Mint and basil leaves, a dash of salt juice of half a lime, 1 cl of simple syrup and 2 cl of Bols orange curacao and gently muddle without destroying the leaves. Add Rum and Southern Confort fill with ice and shake vigoursly. Empty the cocktail glass and double strain the content of the shaker into the double cocktail glass. Add gently, 1 cl of balsamic vinegar and 2 basil leaves for decor.
