The runner-up is from Hong Kong Bartender Jackie Lo in China Bacardi Legacy Competition


Jakie Lo, Bartender / Team Leader do “The Backyard Bar”, no Langham Place Hotel em Hong Kong, obteve um honroso 2º lugar no “China Bacardi Legacy Competition”


A Bartender Jackie Lo ao longo da competição teve um excelente desempenho que lhe permitiu aceder ao “top ten” dos Bartenders. Nesta ronda apresentou a Concurso a composição de bar “ BACARDI FIRE”.

Bacardi Fire

Recipe:

30ml Bacardi Superior
20ml Bacardi 8 years
20ml Beetroot Syrup
30ml Grapefruit Liqueur
15ml Lime Juice
30ml Cranberry Juice

Garnish: Lime with cloves bath in Bacardi 151 / Sugar cane.

Shake all ingredients with ice, into highball glass.


A prestação de Jackie Lo surpreendeu o júri pela positiva e assim passou à segunda ronda do “China Bacardi Legacy Competition” onde participam o “Top Six Bartenders” no qual apresentou a composição de Bar “CLASSICAL BACARD”.

“Classical Bacardi”

Recipe:

30ml Bacardi Superior
15ml Martini Rosso
15ml Dry Sherry
10ml Drambuie
1 dash Orange bitter
1spoon white sugar with half lime

Garnish: Lime / Brown Sugar / Coffee Powder

Burn white sugar with lime Cover cocktail glass, Stir all ingredients, Strain into cocktail glass after dash orange bitter.
