What was your iconic inspiration for your drink? (max
words: 65) Most of in front of you ask to surprise him. Thinking in global
events that surprise you, always you should remember the Netherland Football
Team in 1974 that present an astonished new and revolutionary total football
that is still copied until today. This is the inspiration to present a drink,
repecting the classic and sound knowledge but with no fear to create the new.
INGREDIENTS
30 ml of Bols Triple
Sec
40 ml of Clementine
Eau-de-Vie (aguardente de tangerina)
50 ml of reduced
Clementine juice (dehidrated)
4 units Kinkan fruit
10 ml of Mandarine
Syrup
1/2 bar spoon of
popping candy with a neutral taste
3 drops of Orange
Bitter
GARNISH: 1/2 slice of Clementine
METHOD
In a shaker, muddle the Kinkan fruits cutted in halves
and seedless, with the Bols Triple Sec and the Mandarine syrup. Add the Clementine
Eau-de-Vie and the juice shake with ice until wel blended and strain into the
glass. Add the popping candy to have a popping and sound experience, and the
bitter to improve fragance.
